Dentist
Josephine was born on the Gold Coast and grew up primarily in Geelong, Victoria (GO CATS!). She began her studies at The University of Melbourne, in the Bachelor of Science before relocating to Townsville to continue with a Bachelor of Biomedicine and finally completing a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University, graduating in 2015. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, the Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentistry (ANZSPD), and an affiliate of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, currently completing her membership (MRACDS).
Since graduating, Josephine has worked across several private practices throughout Launceston. She has a particular passion for paediatric dentistry, preventative care and creating positive dental experiences for children. She takes pride in making her young patients feel comfortable, safe and confident while helping them develop healthy habits from an early age. She also enjoys providing gentle, compassionate care for anxious patients of all ages.
Outside of the clinic, Josephine loves spending time with her twin boys, Charlie and Oliver, and her partner, James. When she’s not busy with family life or at the practice, she is currently enjoying the exciting (and sometimes slightly chaotic!) process of planning their upcoming wedding. Josephine loves getting to know her patients and families and feels privileged to care for them, creating a friendly and relaxed environment where everyone feels welcome.
