Dentist
Graham has a long connection to The Dental Surgery, Newstead, attending as a patient for many years whilst under the ownership of Dr Jonathan Leonard and Dr Richard Claase. Graham completed work experience at the Practice which sparked an interest in Dentistry and saw him complete a Bachelor of Dental Science at Charles Sturt University. During his studies he remained in close contact with Dr Richard Claase and Dr Chris Sanzaro completing observation and work placement. Graham is very excited to be home and joining the team at The Dental Surgery, Newstead.
Graham graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2014. He first practised in Cooma and Jindabyne in NSW, followed by some time in Tamworth until January 2019. On returning to his hometown of Launceston, Graham began working at Oral Health Services Tasmania, and he is now sharing his time between OHST and The Dental Surgery, Newstead.
Graham grew up on his parent’s sheep and cropping farm in Longford, and he still enjoys spending time with his family and friends there on a regular basis. He also enjoys hiking throughout Tasmania and walking his dog Annie.
Graham is a Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS) and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry.
