The Dental Surgery, Newstead requires all accounts to be paid for in full at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard payments.

The Dental Surgery, Newstead is a completely independent healthcare provider. We have
chosen not to be related to any private health insurer through preferred provider schemes.
When you come to The Dental Surgery, Newstead the only people involved in making decisions about your dental treatment is you and your treating clinician – we will not be influenced by any third party.
As a customer service, we provide access to HICAPS terminals in our Practice to allow you to claim through your private health insurance after treatment. In most cases, you are only required to pay the ‘gap’ (whatever the private health insurer doesn’t cover).

The Dental Surgery, Newstead does provide services through the Medicare Child Dental
Benefit Schedule. These services are not bulk billed, however electronic lodgement of your
Medicare claim is available. For more information on claiming through private health insurance or Medicare at our Practice, please contact our reception team.
