We are proud to have been associated with the following clinicians who have moved on to other callings in life.  For those of you who are interested in their movements, we have some information about their whereabouts.

Danielle Gibbens

Danielle worked with us as a dedicated hygienist from late 2017 until September 2023. Danielle returned to her hometown of Adelaide to be closer to her family, where she is continuing her valuable work as a dental hygienist.

Dr Rohan Sully

Rohan worked with us from January 2018 through until December 2021. Rohan made the move to Western Australia at the end of 2021 to begin postgraduate studies in orthodontics at the University of Western Australia. Rohan intends to return to Launceston at the completion of his studies to provide specialist orthodontic services to the Launceston community.

Dr Theodore Pang

Dr Theodore Pang worked with us from early 2011 to early 2018.  Theodore accepted an offer to study postgraduate studies at Melbourne University.  Theodore returned to Tasmania in June 2021 and is currently working with Dr Kate Mitchell at Launceston Periodontics & Implants, and Dr Alex Du Bois & Associates at Hobart Periodontics. We are so pleased Theodore has returned to Tasmania to provide services to our community once again.

Dr Callum Blackhall

Callum worked with us on a part-time basis from 2015 to 2018.  Callum, always an adventurer, departed Launceston in December 2018, first sailing from South America to Antarctica and return on a relatively small yacht, before settling in Cairns.  Callum worked at James Cook University as a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Dentistry, followed by some time in Nelson Bay NSW as a private practitioner. Callum is currently based in Cairns, working as Director of Oral Health for Cape York.

Dr Timothy O’Connell-Maritz

Timothy worked with us from early 2013 to late 2016.  Timothy left us to take up a full-time position at Riverside.  Timothy has since moved on to a practice of his own in Caboolture, Queensland.
